Nh Bratislava Gate One Hotel

The room was spacious, but the air conditioning didn't work well at all.

Well-designed room and luxurious bathroom with a shower, hairdryers, and a bidet.

The location in a fairly nice area was great and there were shopping malls and a big shopping mall nearby. We stayed for 6 nights here, loved Ruzinov district. The breakfast was exceptional and good with grab & go offering and the pool was nice...

Spacious room with a comfortable bed. The breakfast spread offered plenty of delicious options. Staff at the reception were cute and accommodating, handling requests promptly. Unfortunately, the bathroom cleanliness left much to be desired. There were stains that needed addressing. The air conditioning didn't seem to cool the room effectively. Dining at the hotel was pricey compared to local options, and I encountered noise disturbances from the hallway during late hours, disrupting my sleep.

The location is good if you want to be close to the shopping centre and airport. The location is quite far from the city centre and is situated in a very industrial area. The value for money is amazing. Luxury, nice spa area, great rooms. I had my infant son with me and have stayed in quite a few hotels. This is the first hotel that provided a changing pad in the room, extra towels, baby shampoo/wash and they had really good high chairs. Great breakfast and room service.

It is not that I did not like the staff but they were not professional - polite and kind but too young. The front clerk had an earing in her nose and purple nail polish and could not clearly explain how to get from the hotel to the old town - which is actually extremely straightforward.

Good breakfast - 4 star level. Extremely spacious unit with coffee and tea making equipment, and glassware. An exceptionally comfortable hotel, my first choice in Bratislava...

Cleanliness issues were evident, with some rooms reported as dusty and not properly maintained. The air conditioning didn't work effectively, leaving guests feeling uncomfortably warm. The wellness center and pool were closed for maintenance without prior notice. I also noticed complaints about the high prices for food and drinks-the menu options seemed overpriced compared to what's offered elsewhere. Finally, there were also instances of poor communication regarding check-in times, causing frustration arriving outside the designated hours.

I spent at the hotel only one night-actually a few hours, before my departure in Switzerland.I tried to sleep those few hours.

The spa and wellness centre is a nice touch with a hot tub and sauna. The standard double room had a comfy seating area, a minibar, and a tv. The breakfast was really good too!

Nice, modern and comfortable hotel. Pleasant staff. Small wellness facility.

Airconditioning made à lot of noise. I asked the staff About it and they ex lak Ed me how to switch it off. After that the noise was gone.

Everything was perfect to ensure a comfortable stay with good cuisine

Breakfast and parking in garage not included in price, 12 EUR/each. Air conditioning difficult to handle - cold in the room. No mirror with daylight in the room. Difficult to find entrance to parking lot / reception. No proper signs.

Beautyful modern design, layout, furniture, equipment: much space, perfect beds; everything surprisingly positive.

Distance to airport ca. 3 km would be ok with honest taxi drivers; I met 2 of them and they where not honest. It's not the fault of the Hotel, but it woulòd be a good reason for the Hotel to think about running a courtesy shuttle.
